Cancellation of a training session

 

Cancellation by the trader instructor

 

The trader instructor reserves the right to cancel a session in case of illness or force majeure preventing delivery of the course. In both cases, registrants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered the choice either to participate in a future session or receive a refund. The trader instructor will not accept liability for the reimbursement of any expenses incurred to attend a training session.

 

Cancellation by a participant

 

Any participant wishing to cancel his (or her) registration to a training session will be refunded fully if the cancellation request is received at least 21 days before the date of the session, whatever the reason is. For cancellation requests between 21 days and the first date of the training session, a 50 % refund will be provided. However, if the cancellation is due to force majeure, the participant will be refunded fully only after presenting proof. In any case, it will only be possible to defer enrolment in a training session without penalty with the agreement of the instructor.
